INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Internships are offered to undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in arts administration and nonprofit organizations. Positions are unpaid and are available throughout the academic year or during the summer.
An internship with Ballet Spartanburg is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a nonprofit organization. Interns with Ballet Spartanburg serve as integral part of the team assisting the full-time and part-time staff with daily operations as well as long term goals. Active interns in the Fall and the Spring are eligible for complimentary tickets to season performances.
Internships offer valuable experience working in the exciting and energetic atmosphere of a high quality dance school and Company. Ballet Spartanburg will allow one intern per semester. Applicants who are interested may contact their college and apply through an internal internship program. Applicants may also apply through the Ballet Spartanburg office.

Resume and cover letters are required. The cover letter must include the interest, the precise dates/times/hours available and whether or not this is for academic credit. After an initial review of the applications, selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
