West African Dance Classes

January 6th 2026

Classes are held at Ballet Spartanburg Studios, Chapman Cultural Center, 200 E. St. John St., Spartanburg, SC 29306 on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM beginning on January 6, 2026.

Classes are open to ages 2-80+ and the classes are free. Each participant MUST complete and submit a 2026 registration form. Forms may be brought to the Ballet Spartanburg Office or emailed to our Outreach Coordinator, Susan Woodham, at swoodham@balletspartanburg.org. 

This four-month long class is recognized as one of the most exciting community outreach programs we offer. This class is fun, engaging, and perfect for all ages. An end of the year dance demonstration in the Chapman Cultural Center's theatre in May capstones this great class. Join us!
