PREREQUISITE: COMPLETION OF BALLET IB OR IIA

This week will review material from the course of the year, working on foundation skills at the barre with ample repetitions. The class will also encompass executing passive stretches and floor exercises for body conditioning.

  • We will begin our season in October with a family ballet for the “young at heart”, the magical and wonderful The Wizard of Oz
  • In December, we will collaborate with the Spartanburg Philharmonic to present our 30th Anniversary of The Nutcracker
  • February, we will present a one night only An Evening with Carlos Agudelo to celebrate his 30 years of passion in dance and to highlight our collaboration with the Hub City Writers Project. 
  • Get ready for Le Cabaret Rouge in our Studio Series production in March. Think macaroons, champagne and Paris. Le Cabaret Rouge is an added event and not part of the season. 
  • In April, we conclude our season with the whimsical and fun ballet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
