MING DILLER is from Kirkland, Washington and began her artistic training in rhythmic gymnastics, competing for several years and earning multiple state and regional titles before transitioning to full-time ballet studies at Emerald Ballet Theatre.
She later trained in Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School’s pre-professional program before joining Sacramento Ballet’s Second Company, where she spent two seasons as a trainee. While in Sacramento, she performed in The Nutcracker, Thang Dao’s Nocturnal Bliss, Young Soon Hue’s Romeo and Juliet, Colby Damon’s Jungle Book and Juliana Godlewski’s With A Song, A Dance, and A Smile. She also choreographed two original works for Sacramento Ballet’s Second Company choreographic workshops.
Ming has attended summer programs at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Boston Ballet and Kansas City Ballet.
Ming joined Ballet Spartanburg as a member of the Corps de Ballet in 2025. Her Ballet Spartanburg repertoire includes Soldier Doll, Trepak, Snow and Flowers in The Nutcracker, as well as performances in Giselle, Coppélia and Ballet, Bourbon & Blues.
Ming returns for her second season with Ballet Spartanburg in 2026–2027.
Ballet Spartanburg's Artistic Director, Carlos Agudelo, was awarded the South Carolina Governor's Award from the South Carolina Arts Commission on May 23, 2023, at the Chapman Cultural Center. The award was presented by Mr. David Platt, Executive Director of the South Carolina Arts Commission. "We recognize the unparalleled energy, enthusiasm, devotion and love for dance that Carlos has gifted to our community out of his passion for all to experience the arts for the past 32 years. We are overjoyed that Carlos has been recognized by the South Carolina Arts Commission, " Teresa S. Berline, Executive Director.
